El suizo Roger Federer confesó hoy su sorpresa por la derrota del español Rafael Nadal ante el argentino Horacio Zeballos (hasta ayer 73º del ranking) en la final de Viña del Mar. "Me sorprendió verlo perder la final con un jugador ubicado fuera de los 50 mejores", dijo Federer en Rotterdam, donde jugará su primer torneo tras la derrota ante el británico Andy Murray en las semifinales del Abierto de tenis de Australia. "Es bueno verlo jugar bien nuevamente", agregó el número dos del mundo en referencia a los siete meses de ausencia de Nadal por una lesión de Rodilla. "Estoy seguro de que sumó mucha información acerca de su juego en esta última semana", analizó Federer y se mostró feliz de ver que el español regresó al circuito "con buena energía".
